The agreed brief, scope, delivery timing and price should be confirmed before service starts. Raise any uncertainty promptly so it can be clarified.
Revision requests
If delivered assistance does not match the agreed brief, contact us with specific details. Eligible revisions are assessed against the original requirements and agreed service terms. A change of topic, scope or instructions may require a new quote.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, work completed and agreed terms. Requests should be made promptly with relevant evidence. We do not promise automatic or unlimited refunds.
Fair assessment
We will review requests fairly and communicate the outcome. Statutory rights under applicable Australian consumer law are not limited by this policy.
